We are building a next-generation Growth Intelligence Platform designed for CMOs and Growth Marketers, where analytics goes beyond reporting and becomes a daily decision-making engine. Our platform combines advanced data infrastructure, AI-powered insights, and expert support to help companies make smarter marketing and growth decisions.

We are looking for a Growth Intelligence / Data Analytics Consultant to work closely with clients, helping them structure their measurement systems, ensure data reliability, and translate business questions into actionable insights.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role that combines analytics, consulting, and growth strategy.

Mission

Enable customers to make confident decisions based on reliable data by leading structured onboarding, ensuring strong platform adoption, and proactively protecting tracking integrity and KPI accuracy.

You will act as the data expert for customers, translating business requirements into clear internal specifications while coordinating with data, martech, and product teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Measurement Strategy (Onboarding & Ongoing Support)

Own the onboarding process and design the measurement foundation that powers key business decisions.

Conduct Business Data Assessments covering funnel architecture, data sources, signal health, tech stack, and reporting systems.
Define KPI frameworks, naming conventions, funnel steps, and data destinations.
Identify missing tracking elements (events, signals, integrations).
Translate technical needs into structured implementation plans with Martech/Data Engineering teams.

Build and Maintain Data Trust

Ensure customers can confidently rely on their data.

Monitor signal health (pixels, CAPI, match quality, deduplication patterns).
Validate data integrity across multiple platforms (e-commerce, ad platforms, analytics tools).
Detect tracking issues or metric drift early and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
Develop repeatable QA processes and health-check playbooks.
Manage customer expectations and act as the primary data expert.

Drive Data-Driven Decision Making

Empower customers to become stronger decision-makers.

Train stakeholders on how to use analytics workflows and tools.
Capture feedback, friction points, and feature gaps.
Provide insights that influence product development and service improvements.

Turn Business Questions into Strategic Analysis

Partner with growth teams to answer high-impact questions such as what's working, why, and what to do next.

Facilitate bi-weekly analysis sessions with customer teams.
Develop hypotheses and investigative analysis based on business performance.
Perform deep-dive analyses using SQL when necessary.
Translate insights into concrete actions across:
Media buying
Creative strategy
CRO
Retention and lifecycle marketing

Coordinate Advanced Needs and Escalations

When complexity increases, scope requirements and route them appropriately.

Define custom KPI, tracking, or integration requests.
Coordinate execution with Martech and Data teams.
Identify when deeper analytics or data science support is needed.

Structured Problem Solving

Confident presenting insights to C-level stakeholders and growth leaders. Ability to run decision-oriented meetings and write clear documentation.

SQL (Mandatory)

Experience using SQL for deep analysis, anomaly detection, and answering complex business questions.
