Define the medical strategy for Choiz: processes, tools, and best practices that scale with excellence.
Build frameworks for preventive care and chronic treatments that work at scale.
Partner with leadership to align medical decisions with business growth and product strategy.
Optimize operations: reduce friction, cut unnecessary time, and increase conversion without sacrificing care.
Ensure world-class quality in medical attention while driving efficiency and growth.
Leverage technology and AI to improve workflows, diagnostics, and patient experiences.
Be the guardian of medical excellence, compliance, and innovation.
Stay close to the market: anticipate trends in healthtech, patient care, and digital medicine.

Who You Are

You're a physician with a strong background in functional medicine.
You've led medical strategy or operations in a healthtech before-you know the mix of medicine + business + tech.
You're business-savvy: you see how medical operations impact conversion, retention, and growth.
You understand technology: not just using platforms, but integrating them to make care smarter and faster.
Plus if you have a specialty in endocrinology and cardiology (not mandatory)-you'll speak the language of our patients from day one .
You're obsessed with quality but allergic to bureaucracy: you know how to scale without slowing down.
