What You'll Do

Lead Operations at Choiz: own the backbone of how we deliver and scale across Operations, Customer Support, and Medical Support.
Make Customer Support not just a "help desk" but a loyalty engine: improve both the quantity and quality of answers.
Boost Operations performance: cut delivery times and ensure medication gets to patients faster.
Elevate Medical Support: work with our doctors to improve the quality and quantity of patient responses.
Build processes that actually work: simple, fast, and scalable.
Make sure we have the right tools in place to maximize efficiency and scale operations to the next level.
Partner with leadership to identify bottlenecks and kill them before they slow us down.
Own and push the key metrics: efficiency, customer satisfaction, delivery speed, retention, and quality of care.
Ensure compliance with industry standards-bonus points if you know healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries.

Who You Are

You've been a COO or a Head of Ops in a D2C startup for at least 4 years. You know how messy it can get-and you know how to bring order without killing speed.
You're data-driven but action-oriented: you don't just build dashboards, you move the needle.
You're customer-obsessed: you see Ops as a way to create memorable experiences, not just solve problems.
You're a team builder: you know how to grow, guide, and scale people.
Plus if you've operated in health, pharma, or regulated industries-you know the drill.
