What You'll Do

- Own the full marketing scope: brand, content, performance, growth, product marketing, communications, and community.

- Forge and lead the voice of Choiz across every touchpoint: campaigns, content, product, social, PR, paid media, and beyond.

- Design and execute growth strategies that fuel user acquisition and retention, balancing long-term brand with short-term performance.

- Run campaigns that don't ask for permission: with strategic clarity, unstoppable pace, and flawless taste.

- Partner closely with founders, product, and creative teams to bring ambitious ideas to life and turn them into measurable impact.

- Execute fast, iterate relentlessly, scale with precision. A/B test, measure, adjust in real time.

- Lead with a DIY attitude - breaking structures instead of following them.

Who You Are

- 5+ years leading marketing at scale, ideally in startups or consumer brands that became category leaders.

- A proven track record of building both brand and growth engines-you know how to inspire millions while hitting hard numbers.

- You think with data and execute with intuition. You know when to let instinct breathe.

- You don't wait for the perfect plan: you start, learn, and evolve fast.
